3. Cut the paper to the size of the scrapbook page. Glue the paper over the page to create a new background color. 4. Be creative in the way you cut the paper. Another fun way to use the pictures is to cut simple shapes from them that are related to the overall picture. I found a page of flying birds and cut a bird shape from it, and I cut a flower shape from a page of flowers.
